Trihydroxystearin

Trihydroxystearin is a lipid composed of glycerin and hydroxystearic acid, a type of fatty acid often derived from castor oil. Used as a skin-conditioning agent, viscosity increasing agent and emollient.

Possible ecotoxin.  Limited research has been done.
