Ethylene Oxide (1,4-Dioxane) (Dioxane) is not necessarily intentionally added, it’s a contaminant and byproduct of ethylene oxide being added to other ingredients to lessen their harsh effects. Used most often in items requiring suds.
Known cancer causing ingredient. Listed on the EPA’s list of top ten chemicals for evaluation. AVOID.
